1. Chemical treatment:
This process includes degreasing, rinsing, organic acid cleaning, two-stage rinsing, and drying in a hot air circulation tunnel (with an air heat recovery heat exchanger). All tanks are made from PP material, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and feature online level and concentration monitoring systems, plus an automatic chemical dosing system.
2. Physical treatment:
Removes rust, oil, and oxide layers from the tank using a shot blasting system.
Enamel preparation module: The Enamel Powder Ingredient High-Speed Mixing Tank (speeds of 500-800rpm, with a temperature control jacket) is used for glaze milling, mixing, aging, and slurry filtration (100-mesh filter).
