1. Chemical treatment:
This process includes degreasing, rinsing, organic acid cleaning, two-stage rinsing, and drying in a tunnel (hot air circulation type with an air heat recovery heat exchanger). Tanks, made from PP material, resist acid and alkali corrosion, and feature online level and concentration monitoring systems and automatic chemical dosing.
2. Physical treatment:
Removes rust, oil, and oxide layers via a shot blasting system.
Enamel preparation module: The Enamel Powder Ingredient High-Speed Mixing Tank (500-800rpm, temperature control jacket) is used for glaze milling, mixing, aging, and enamel slurry filtration (100-mesh). The Constant Temperature Storage Tank (25±2°C, with agitator) ensures slurry delivery to application points for real-time use.
3. Enameling module:
