1. Chemical treatment:
The process includes degreasing, rinsing, organic acid cleaning, two-stage rinsing, and drying in a hot air circulation tunnel (with air heat recovery heat exchanger). Tanks are made of PP material, resistant to acid/alkali corrosion, with online level/concentration monitoring and automatic chemical dosing systems.
2. Physical treatment:
Removes rust, oil, and oxide layers from the tank using a shot blasting system.
Enamel preparation module: The Enamel Powder Ingredient High-Speed Mixing Tank (500-800rpm, temperature control jacket) is for glaze milling/mixing, aging, and slurry filtration (100-mesh filter).
