Product Features
Conveying System Features
(1) Utilizes accumulation conveyors to determine optimal logistics conditions based on production requirements, enabling seamless integration of all factory processes into a unified system;
(2) Conveyor units can halt, accumulate, or perform inclined accumulation without disrupting system operations, providing production flexibility to accommodate diverse operational demands;
(3) Compatible with virtually any conveying equipment type, offering broad adaptability;
(4) Enables regionalized storage for different work types, balancing production efficiency across various stages;
(5) Installed overhead, the accumulation units can traverse inclines, curves, and vertical elevations, bypassing ground equipment pathways to significantly conserve floor space;
(6) Ideal for computerized program control, ensuring orderly and high-efficiency production with scientific management capabilities.
Features of the Sandblasting Section
(1) When abrasive consumption reaches a certain level, the system automatically replenishes abrasive; when sufficient abrasive is added, it automatically stops replenishment. No manual operation is required—fully automatic control enables continuous sandblasting without shutdown during abrasive replenishment.
(2) Features a hard alloy sandblasting valve manufactured of American technology, offering low failure rates, fewer wear parts, and extended service life.
(3) Incorporates a piston-type pneumatic air valve, which outperforms traditional diaphragm-type air valves with lower failure rates, fewer wear components, longer lifespan, more precise and rapid actuation.
(4) Nozzles manufactured from hard alloy with a hardness exceeding 85HRA.
(5) Simple operation and easy maintenance.
(6) Adaptable to workpieces of varying sizes with automatic changeover, eliminating manual operation of workpiece positioning mechanisms.
(7) Sandblasting gun tubes feature stepless speed adjustment for enhanced blasting efficiency.
Characteristics of the Shot Blasting Section
(1) The shot blasting machine employs a dual-disc design with high input power and accelerated projectile velocity.
(2) Each impeller undergoes rigorous dynamic balancing tests prior to shipment, with individual blade mass deviations below 5 grams, significantly reducing operational noise.
(3) Wear-resistant components exhibit extended service life. Blades, deflector wheels, and directional sleeves are manufactured from specialized high-chromium wear-resistant materials, prolonging operational durability.
(4) Blade replacement is simple and convenient. Blades are secured to the wheel by centrifugal force; removal requires only gentle reverse tapping.
(5) A limit switch is installed on the shot blaster. When the top cover is opened for maintenance, the equipment cannot start, ensuring operator safety.
(6) Adjusting the position of the locking limit gate achieves uniform shot thickness and flow rate.
(7) The air separation zone height is 305mm, providing ample space for effective separation of shot and contaminants;
(8) Broken shot is completely isolated, allowing only good, reusable shot to flow into the shot storage hopper.
(9) Adapts to different workpieces.
Features of the Dust Removal Section
(1) A primary dust removal method is employed, achieving an efficiency exceeding 99.9%. Since dust particles do not penetrate deep into the filter media, this structure facilitates easy dislodgement during reverse-air cleaning. This results in high filtration efficiency and extended service life.
(2) This dust collector employs pulse differential pressure reverse-blow cleaning. When the pressure differential across the filter cartridges reaches the preset value, the system automatically initiates pulse reverse-blowing until the differential pressure falls below the set point. Additional features include filter cartridge clogging alarms and manual forced reverse-blowing ect, making it particularly suitable for extended and high-volume operations.
Easy Operation & Maintenance
